LS Admin Support

About the service

How this site and the service partner fit together

LS Admin Support handles the request. The partner handles scope, pricing and the assistant who does the tasks.

A place to request assistant support

Plenty of small and mid-sized businesses have work that is steady and repetitive and still has to be done right: inbox triage, order updates, CRM cleanup, sending invoices and chasing them. Much of it does not need a full-time hire. LS Admin Support connects that kind of work with a service partner that supplies remote assistants.

You describe the tasks, we hand the request to the partner, and the partner takes it from there. The rest of the site is reference material on how those tasks are usually handed over and managed.

Day to day with a remote assistant

Once the work is running, it tends to follow a set rhythm. The assistant starts the day with a queue, whether that is a shared inbox, a help desk view, a list of new deals or a pile of receipts. They work through it in your tools, using the templates and rules you have agreed.

At set points they send a short update in Slack, Teams or email listing what was done and what needs your decision. Anything that involves money leaving the business, a refund outside policy or a sensitive customer comes to you instead of being handled alone.

What we leave to others

The assistant work itself is done by a service partner. That partner decides who the assistant is, how they are paid and how cover works, and they are the party you contract with. This site is neither an employer nor a staffing agency.

Professional advice sits outside the service too. An assistant may prepare invoices in QuickBooks or Xero, sort receipts and match them against bank feeds for your accountant to check. They do not decide how an expense is treated for tax, how workers are classified or what your contracts should say. Those calls belong to you and your advisers.
